Before I head off for a much-needed weekend away from the computer screen, I wanted to share an image that’s inspired me this week. This little vignette instantly caught my eye when I stumbled across it on the Rockett St George website – partly because I love the Visuelle v/Ragnhild Furulund prints it shows (in fact, I’ve just ordered both of them!), but also because the styling is my ideal . . .
Home tour | Shades of grey in Bristol
One of my favourite discoveries over recent months has been Between Dog and Wolf, which sells a beautiful selection of design-led homeware and accessories from all over the world. I’ll be chatting to founder Kathryn about the range and where she finds her inspiration in a future post, but first I wanted to share a glimpse of her stunning Bristol home... . . .
Seasonal inspiration | A burst of spring colour

Home tour | A striking fusion of styles in London
This stunning Peckham townhouse instantly caught my eye when it was featured on Att Pynta, a wonderful site brimming with Scandinavian homewares and inspiration. Home to writer Jo Boissevain and artist Dirk Larsen, who have recently relocated to South London from Bristol, it oozes style from top to bottom. What I love most is how the couple have successfully incorporated a range of influences . . .
Hanging planters
There’s a pesky little corner of my kitchen that’s very hard to dress – it’s too small to do much with, but it looks very stark without any decoration. I've decided to liven it up by adding a bit of greenery, and I'm keen to use some of the funky hanging planters which seem to be everywhere at the moment. There are some fantastic examples to choose from. The ceramic versions shown above and below . . .
