It’s time for another dose of Instagram inspiration, and this month I’m delighted to introduce Michelle (@michellelouise__) of lovely blog Blend & Bloom. I’m a huge fan of Michelle’s beautifully calming images, which capture peaceful moments, little treats and the mighty landscapes around her home in northern England. It's wonderfully soothing stuff – and, like all my favourite feeds, it . . .
Urban Jungle Bloggers | A ‘plant gang’
The latest Urban Jungle Bloggers challenge was to create a ‘plant gang’ – a grouping of plants in all shapes, sizes and textures that celebrates the rich diversity of greenery available. I’ve amassed quite a collection of plants over recent months – neat little succulents, leafy ferns, tumbling ivy, spikey spider plants. Next up is Sara Tasker (aka @me_and_orla), whose beautiful blog Me and Orla is an honest, insightful and often witty account of life in a small Yorkshire village. If anyone’s feed is going to make me want . . .
Urban Jungle Bloggers | Spring styling
This month’s Urban Jungle Bloggers theme is all about emerging from winter hibernation and bringing a touch of spring inside as Easter approaches. The timing is perfect, as I’ve been trying to find ways to add a bit of new-season freshness to our third bedroom. It’s currently being redecorated and at the moment consists only of a bed and a small side table, but it will be used by visiting . . .
