I've long been a fan of Swedish brand Design Of. Founded by Johanna Haglund (whose beautiful new-build house I featured last year), it began life in 2014 and makes sleek solid-steel furniture and accessories for the home and garden. Not only are its pieces a minimalist's dream, they're also highly durable and very versatile - the kind of things you can invest in knowing they really will last for . . .

That's why I was delighted to come across All White Christmas - a new webstore stocking a beautifully curated selection of Nordic-inspired decorations, as well as understated cards, gifts and other accessories for the festive season and beyond . . .
Adding some festive sparkle with Georg Jensen’s 2020 ‘Christmas Collectibles’
[Advertisement - this is a paid partnership with Georg Jensen, but all words and opinions are my own] I generally opt for a pared-back look at Christmas, with lots of evergreen foliage and a few simple decorations. But I can never resist adding a bit of sparkle, and Georg Jensen's annual 'Christmas Collectibles' are always my go-to source of festive magic . . .
