For this month’s ‘Room Envy’ post, I wanted to share a brief taster of one of my favourite new interior-design reads – Kinfolk Home. If you haven’t already got your hands on a copy of this luscious-looking tome then I’d highly recommend it – it’s devoted entirely to the art of slow living and showcases 35 beautifully relaxed, personality-packed homes around the globe. Trust me: you'll easily lose . . .
Styling a winter table | Part 1
Now that we finally have a finished dining room, I couldn’t resist dressing the table for a cosy, candlelit winter feast – the perfect way to make the most of the dark, frosty nights and whip up some seasonal cheer as December draws near. Their 2015 Christmas collection includes pretty much everything you could need – baubles and garlands, wreaths and wrapping paper, candles and candelabras... There are lots of lovely muted colours and natural motifs, plus a sprinkling . . .
Home tour | A small Swedish space
Another week, another gorgeous Scandinavian apartment to share! This light, bright home in Gothenburg belongs to stylist Joanna Bagge and it's a masterclass in how to make the most of a small space. It only has two rooms but comfortably accommodates a family of four thanks to some very clever tricks. The divider in the bedroom provides a neat and stylish way of creating distinct sleeping areas . . .
