It's getting darker and colder by the day, but I have to admit I love this time of year. There's something special about these first weeks of autumn: the hint of crispness in the air, the misty mornings, the tinges of gold in the trees... I always enjoy watching the natural world change around me, and it's a great excuse to make a few updates inside the home, too . . .
